Our Commitment to Transparency
Welcome to Summit Craft Workshops. We're thrilled to have you join our workshops. Before we start creating together, it's important that we establish a clear understanding of how our services work. Why do we have these terms? To ensure that every participant in Singapore enjoys a safe, fair, and inspiring experience.
By booking a session at our City location, you're agreeing to the guidelines outlined below. These cover everything from the clay on your hands to the digital confirmation in your inbox.
Cancellations & Refunds
Life happens, we get it. If you need to postpone, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. For cancellations made within this window, we'll provide a full credit for future workshops.
Cancellations under 24 hours are non-refundable as we pre-purchase artisan materials specifically for your slot. We believe this keeps our waste low and our quality high.
Health & Safety
Creative work involves tools and materials. While we provide premium equipment and expert supervision, participants engage in physical activity at their own risk. Please follow all instructor guidelines to stay safe.
Summit Craft Workshops maintains comprehensive public liability insurance, but we aren't responsible for damage to personal clothing or items during messy sessions. Wear your artist gear!
Intellectual Property
The designs, curriculum, and proprietary techniques taught at Summit Craft Workshops are our intellectual property. We love it when you share your finished work on social media, but please don't use our workshop materials for commercial teaching purposes without our written consent.
